OMG this is so what I remember of hanging out my own wash on a clothesline in Pennsylvania before I had a clothes dryer. Notice the six dresses and only two or is that three shirts for the man and three pairs of work socks and one pair of Sunday socks. The black and white cows in the field and the two silos. Gosh almost makes me homesick but, I have no desire to move back there. This is a great photo and certainly captures what life is still like in the 21st century for the Amish and Mennonites in Lancaster County, PA.
